Speaker 3:

All Things Possible. In this episode of Mighty Moment, we continue our four-week trip exploring the best of the best scriptures from the Bible. These are marvelous passages that you'll want to memorize. These are 88 Bible passages that are meaningful to me. My favorite 101 Bible verses. The total list of verses is not in any specific order. One Bible verses. The total list of verses is not in any specific order, but the verses covered in each episode have a common theme. Each verse is special on its own, though. Speaker 3:

In this episode, we look at three Matthew 19.26, john 14.6, and Jeremiah 29.11. Life often brings us to crossroads where our strength fails and our vision dims. In these moments, god's Word shines brightest, assuring us that with Him, all things are possible. Our path is clear in Christ and our future is filled with hope. This episode explores the powerful truth that proclaims God's sovereignty, christ's centrality and the hope-filled plans he has for us. Through our journey in the Word, we'll see that nothing is too hard for God. Christ is the only way and our future is filled with divine purpose. Number 74 on our list is Matthew 19.26. God's power knows no limits.

Speaker 3:

Reading from the New King James Version. But Jesus looked at them and said to them With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. The New American Standard Version reads and looking at them, jesus said to them. The Good News Bible reads Jesus looked straight at them and answered this is impossible for human beings, but for God everything is possible. And the Passion Translation reads Looking into their eyes, jesus replied Humanly speaking, no one, because no one can save himself. But what seems impossible to you is never impossible to God. The Message Bible reads Jesus looked hard at them and said no chance at all if you think. You can pull it off yourself, every chance in the world if you trust God to do it. The Amplified Bible reads but Jesus looked at them and said With people, as far as it depends on them, it is impossible, but with God all things are possible. And the clear word reads Jesus looked at them with concern and said the way of salvation always looks more difficult to humans than to God. With God, nothing is impossible. The message in this verse is also found in two other places Mark 10.27,. But Jesus looked at them and said With men it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all things are possible. And then also in Luke 1.37,. For with God nothing will be impossible. This is the context of Jesus' message here is that it's hard for the rich to be saved.

Speaker 3:

The disciples, stunned by what he has told them and by the impossibility of salvation for the rich, learn that human effort cannot achieve what only God's grace can accomplish. Mankind cannot save themselves. It's a lost cause. Why? Because all of us have sinned and are under the penalty for sin death. The Bible says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We cannot save ourselves because we ourselves need a Savior, because our situation is dire. God does not want us to be overwhelmed, discouraged or dismayed. He wants us to know that, while it is not us to be overwhelmed, discouraged or dismayed, he wants us to know that, while it is not possible to save ourselves, our situation is bright because of what God did for us. We can be victorious through Jesus Christ, our strength and Redeemer. Lift up your head and know that God has this under control and your destiny is in God's hands and he will save us and give us a future, and that all things are possible through Jesus Christ. Matthew 19.26 is a divine invitation to relinquish our belief in impossibility and lean into the limitless power of God. Number 75 on our list is John 14, 6.

Speaker 3:

Christ, the only way to God and true life. Reading from the New King James Version Jesus said to him I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. The Passion Translation reads Jesus explained I am the way, I am the truth and I am the life. No one comes next to the Father except through union with me. To know me is to know my Father too. And the Message Version. And the Message Version. Jesus said I am the road, also the truth, also the life. No one gets to the Father apart from me. The Living Bible says Jesus told him I am the way, yes, and the truth and the life. No one can get to the Father except by means of me. The Amplified Bible Jesus says to him I am the only way to God and the real truth and the real life. No one comes to the Father but through me. And the clear word reads Jesus said I am the way you get to the Father, I am the truth about what he's like. No one can come to the Father on his own, he has to come through me. The Father's life is in me.

Speaker 3:

In today's hyper-PC world, somehow this verse has become controversial. It is not meant to be. It's not meant to be divisive or demeaning or disrespectful, but rather to convey a truth, a clear and unequivocal truth. The only way to be saved is through Jesus Christ. There is no other way under heaven in which we are to be saved. There is no other Savior, there is no other system, there is no other religion. There is not an alternate system or plan to nirvana. If one is to be saved, it will be through the blood of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross for them. Even if they don't know Jesus, it will still be through Jesus they are saved. Many a person has fought against this, but it remains true. I have noticed that many of the world's views, media and news are not actually anti-religion but anti-Christ. Perhaps this is by design, in a ploy of the devil to distract people from the true path to salvation and keep them on the path of darkness. God calls us out of darkness into the light. The Apostle Paul comes to the place in his ministry. That he says in 1 Corinthians 2.2,. For I resolve to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. That's how important it became in his life. Number 76 on our list is Jeremiah 29.11. God's promises secure our future.

Speaker 3:

Reading from the New King James Version For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. And the New International Version reads and a hope. And the New International Version reads For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future. The New American Standard Version reads For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord Plans for prosperity and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. The Passion Translation reads here's what Yahweh says to you I know all about the marvelous destiny I have in store for you, a future planned out in detail. My intention is not to harm you, but to surround you with peace and prosperity and to give you a beautiful future glistening with hope. The Message Version reads I know what I'm doing, I have it all planned out. Plans to take care of you, not abandon you Plans to give you the future you hope for. In the Amplified Bible it reads For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you, says the Lord plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster. To give you a future and a hope. And the Clear Word reads I already know the plans I have for you. I will help you, not hurt you. I will give you a future and a hope. The Bible here shares that.

Speaker 3:

God thinks about us constantly and with great love and interest. For example, psalm 139, 17-18 says your thoughts about me are more numerous than the grains of sand on the seashore, and they outnumber the sand on the coast. I've been thinking about this all day. He never stops thinking about us. That is something that happens when you love someone. By the way, this verse emphasizes the vastness and constant nature of God's thoughts about each individual, each person he has created. God loves us and has a great plan for us. So awesome is God's plan and so incredible is His love and power that even when we stray off His plan, he is big enough to get us back on track. God always has a contingency plan. He is always ready to welcome us back, restore us and put us back on the path to success. Jeremiah 29.11 reveals a loving God who is not absent but intimately involved in our story. Our future is safe in His hands. In conclusion, matthew 19.26, john 14.6, and Jeremiah 29.11 together form a tapestry of hope.

Speaker 3:

God's power makes the impossible possible.

Speaker 3:

Jesus is the sure and only way to life, and our future is secure in God's loving plans.

Speaker 3:

When we face obstacles, uncertainty or despair, loving plans. When we face obstacles, uncertainty or despair, these promises anchor us in grace. No matter what you are facing, remember, with God all things are possible. Christ is your way, your truth and your life. And your future is filled with hope because God himself has planned it. Rest in his love, walk in his way and trust him for the impossible. Our future is held by a God who is able, a Savior who is the way and a Father who has written our story with purpose. No matter where you are today, struggling with impossibilities, seeking direction or doubting your future, god's Word declares all things are possible. Friends, in our next episode, god's Direction, we will continue our look at the best of the best 88 Bible Scripture passages by looking at numbers 77, 78, and 79 in my top 101 favorite Bible verses We'll explore Matthew 28, 20, luke 12, 12, and James 4, 2.
